brings experience and skills in integrating emergency communications with radio and television broadcasting. Our ideal candidate is someone who has a

minimum of 10 years of relevant experience

in communication networks and broadcast technology with proven experience in technology integration. Bachelor's degree in any of the following disciplines: electrical, engineering, electronic engineering, telecommunications engineering, computer engineering, management information systems, broadcast technology, or a similar field.

Candidate may work as a 1099 subcontractor.

Arc Aspicio is currently operating in a

hybrid work environment

where work will be performed at client sites, the Arc Aspicio DC office, and remotely. All candidates must live in the Washington, DC area at the time of employment.Responsibilities:Provide industry knowledge on integrating emergency alerting into television and radio broadcastingAdvise government senior leadership on integration approaches and actions relating to broadcast technologyReview client’s existing emergency alerting infrastructure to assess areas for enhanced technology integrationDetermine the business and technical viability of technologiesDevelop recommendations and a road map for the client to implement emerging broadcast technologiesEngage partners and vendors to support solution development and integration effortsLoves to learn complex mission areas in homeland security and emergency managementApply and enhance excellent consulting, business analysis, and communications skills to quickly identify problems, analyze challenges, and recommend solutions to our team and our clientsJoin our consulting practice to support projects and company growth initiatives, managing multiple workstreams at one timeDevelop consulting skills and help grow the company outside of your project by participating in new business and strategic initiativesContribute to our company culture, which promotes client-focused teamwork, learning, and helping others to grow and developRequired Qualifications:At least

10 years

of relevant experience in communication networks and broadcast technologyPrior work integrating broadcast technology into a new systemProven ability to be flexible and thrive in a dynamic, ambiguous, and complex work environment and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneouslyOutstanding written and oral communication and collaboration skills and strong leadership potentialExcellent attention to detail in creating compelling presentations and decision documents to help clients make critical decisions about the future of their organizationDesire to join a consulting firm and learn business concepts; loves to collaborate and reach out to get involved in company events, offerings, and special projectsClearance:

US Citizenship only (no dual citizenship)Education:

Salary is just one element of our Total Rewards which includes compensation, benefits, bonuses, professional development, and other career opportunities. The projected salary range for this position is $85,000 to $112,000. This range takes into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: skill sets and expertise, experience, education, training, certifications, contract and client requirements (if applicable), and other business and organizational needs.
