We’re seeking a creative, customer-centric, and collaborative Senior Product Marketing Manager role to own and drive Guidewheel’s Product Marketing strategy at a key moment with Guidewheel just having closed a stellar Series B.As the leader of Product Marketing for Guidewheel, you will report directly to the CEO and work with the founders and leadership team to build a world-class Product Marketing function. This is a unique opportunity to define a new category of factory operations, shape the go-to-market strategy, and empower the 10M+ factories worldwide to succeed in the global economy.Define and execute Product Marketing strategy to drive Guidewheel’s immediate and long-term growth in line with company strategy.Build the foundation for a terrific Product Marketing engine that builds strong relationships across the company and with our customers.Develop product positioning and messaging informed by user research, market insights, and product understanding.Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, customer success, customers, and products to build and evangelize relevant messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies to drive awareness, pipeline, and revenue growth.Create effective marketing collateral (e.g., webinars, blogs, whitepapers) and sales enablement assets (e.g., pitch decks, cheat sheets, demo scripts) to support go-to-market.Develop and execute effective launch plans for new product features or initiatives, working closely with product, sales, and customer success.Work closely with the leadership team to define strategy for pricing/packaging and help Product Marketing thoughtfully inform the product roadmap.
