Breaktime reaches 36 million monthly shoppers and works with the world's largest consumer goods companies including General Mills, Nestle, and Unilever.The Role: Visual Design AssociateThe Visual Design Associate position at Breaktime Media provides an opportunity to bring written or spoken ideas to life by converting them seamlessly into images, layouts, and other designs. The position works closely with the Visual Design Lead to design assets for advertising campaigns, marketing materials, and a wide variety of additional digital content needs.Responsibilities:Adhere to a variety of brand guidelines while designing digital assets for campaigns, marketing materials, and other visual design needs.Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, including copywriters, sales, and client service teams to bring visual campaigns to life.Present ideas and designs to stakeholders.Incorporate changes recommended by clients and internal stakeholders into final designs.Manage a large volume of projects and work within tight deadlines.Assist with the creation of marketing materials, case studies, and infographics.Occasionally assist with UI/UX projects.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Fine Art Design, Marketing, or related discipline.Extensive experience with Adobe CC, specifically with mockups, web design, and multimedia presentation.Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Able to work in a team environment as well as individually.Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism from peers and clients.A professional portfolio that demonstrates creative excellence, originality, and branding.Extraordinary attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.Ability to thrive, adjust, and handle large numbers of requests in a constantly changing environment.Be a positive contributor to the team and company while helping to move the business forward.Basic knowledge of Figma and Adobe After Effects is a plus.Job Type: Full-timeClosed Date:
