With offices in Hsinchu, Tokyo, and Austin, we integrate patient phenotypes into algorithms to predict genes and variants. The team comprises IT, software, and clinical professionals, enabling streamlined collaborations and partnerships across expertise domains in biotech, research, and medical/clinical fields.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a VP of Sales and Marketing at Compass Bioinformatics. The VP will be responsible for overseeing sales, account management, sales operations, sales management, and business development activities. The role is based in Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area, with flexibility for some remote work.QualificationsSales, Account Management, and Sales Operations skillsSales Management and Business Development experienceDemonstrated success in building and leading high-performing sales teamsProven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targetsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to analyze sales performance data and make strategic decisionsExperience in the biotech, research, or clinical industries is a plusBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field
