Check you match the skill requirements for this role, as well as associated experience, then apply with your CV below.Atlanta, GA – hybrid-remote 3 days onsite12+ month W2 contract w/ potential for extensions or conversion full timeWe are looking for a dynamic and highly skilled UI Designer to join our team, working closely with the Design System Lead to create and maintain a cohesive design system that drives a seamless user experience across our digital products. You will play a key role in crafting pixel-perfect designs, evolving the UI library, and ensuring consistency and scalability across all platforms.Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Design System Lead to implement and extend the design system across projects.Create, iterate, and refine high-quality UI components, layouts, and prototypes.Ensure visual consistency and brand integrity through all product touchpoints.Partner with UX designers, developers, and stakeholders to translate user needs and business requirements into functional, visually appealing designs.Contribute to design guidelines, documentation, and best practices for UI standards.Stay up-to-date on design trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation in UI design.Qualifications:
Proven experience in UI design, particularly within a design system or similar collaborative environment.Strong proficiency in design tools: Figma.Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering top-quality, visually compelling UI components.Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate design decisions effectively.Experience with responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and usability principles.The hourly pay rate range for this position is $75.00 to $85.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
