It comprises highly curious associates who consider it a privilege to help leaders stay ahead.Role OverviewThe Content team oversees content strategy, development, and production for World 50 Group. The writers, editors, and multimedia content producers create original content, newsletters, and synthesis of live conversations at World 50 gatherings, and provide editing services to departments across the company. In addition, the team crafts content for external use by the marketing and communications teams.As the Director of Content Operations, you will manage the content team and serve as the primary interface on behalf of the department to the rest of the company. You are a technology-savvy player-coach who will set and monitor metrics; oversee work assignments; develop ideas for new content products; and build a deep understanding of what matters most to World 50 members across functions. You are a clear thinker, passionate about communicating across many formats, and have a mentoring approach to management. You have a strong sense of when to contribute directly to the work that needs to be accomplished, when to delegate, and when to guide team members through new challenges that help them to grow. You have strong diplomatic skills with peers in other departments and an interest in business topics.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership:

Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team of strategists, writers, and multimedia professionals, ensuring content resources are applied to initiatives with the greatest positive impact on the businessScaling Best Practices:

Develop and monitor content best practices that ensure scalability and consistency across all communication channelsEnterprise Voice Alignment:

Maintain alignment between community-specific communication styles and the overall enterprise voice of World 50 GroupMember Benchmarks and Surveys:

Contribute to the development and execution of member benchmarks and surveys.Digital Engagement:

Working with the digital marketing team, cultivate maximum member engagement with World 50 content through our app and other digital platformsDemonstrated Business Acumen:

Create compelling content for member audience by analyzing and synthesizing external trends and member insightsKey Qualifications & ProficienciesExcellent written and oral communication7+ years of experience in a content-focused management roleExcellent leadership and organizational abilitiesSuperior knowledge of industry regulations and operational guidelinesWorking knowledge of content data analysis softwareWorking knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) packagesProven understanding of performance evaluation metrics in a business settingExcellent people and collaboration skills
