The Ann Savannah, Apartments by Marriott Bonvoy will be joining Sage’s growing portfolio of lifestyle properties as it completes its conversion to an Apartments by Marriott Bonvoy concept by early 2025. This is a unique opportunity to shape the creation of one of the first Apartments by Marriott Bonvoy properties in North America!

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of engaging with local communities, fostering meaningful relationships, and driving customer loyalty through innovative and strategic initiatives.ResponsibilitiesNew Account Development: Captures competitor's accounts through networking, research, and reader board surveys to target and solicit those most probable to generate new business.Direct Sales: Targets appointment-oriented sales calls to ensure a successful direct sales program, in accordance with goals established by department budget and marketing plan.Key Account Management: Maximizes current hotel key accounts by identifying and capturing those that offer revenue growth.Plans and implements an on-going Targeted Account Development
