This role is critical in ensuring our employees are well-informed, engaged, and aligned with the company's strategy and goals. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement communication plans that enhance the employee experience and foster a culture of transparency and collaboration.The role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and execute programs with attention to detail. In this highly cross-functional role, this person will thrive on building processes and rigor with a heavy dose of creativity. This person must have compassion that aligns with the philosophy that employees are a company's greatest asset.What you'll do:Develop and execute comprehensive internal communication strategies that support the company's vision, mission, and objectives.Collaborate with senior leadership to align internal communications with business priorities and initiatives.Create, edit, and distribute engaging content across various internal channels.Ensure messaging consistency and tone alignment with the company's brand and values.Partner with executives to craft clear and compelling messages for key announcements, company-wide and functional meetings, and internal presentations.Provide coaching and support to leaders on effective communication practices.Drive initiatives to boost employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture.Develop feedback mechanisms to gauge employee sentiment and adjust communication strategies accordingly.Lead internal communication efforts during change management situations; develop and maintain change management communication plans and protocols.Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of internal communication efforts using relevant metrics.Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership on communication impact and areas for improvement.Work closely with HR, Marketing, IT, and other departments to ensure cohesive and coordinated communication efforts.Serve as a liaison between different teams to facilitate information flow and address communication gaps.This role requires:Minimum of 10+ years of experience in the communications field, in either a corporate environment or agency.Strong communicator with proven capability of interacting with senior executives with a high degree of professionalism and integrity.Proven track record of developing and executing successful internal communication strategies in a large organization.Strong program management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Fostering a diverse, welcoming and inclusive environment is important to us. The pay range above represents a reasonable estimate of the salary for the listed position. This role is eligible for a corporate bonus plan.
