$82,633.00 - $107,421.00Key Requirements:Must be a U.S. citizenMust be able to obtain a Top Secret-SCI clearanceSome travel may be requiredSelectee will be required to complete a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450 annuallySelectee will be required to complete form FD-887, Request for Access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI)Physical Demands:The work requires some physical exertion such as long periods of standing, bending, and lifting heavy equipment.Visual color distinction is required.Major Duties:Installs, modifies, and adapts photographic and video techniques and processes for the purpose of the office's social media pages, web designs, presentations, briefings, etc.Plans, designs, produces, and/or assembles promotional displays and advertisements.Produces computer graphic designs and animation using state-of-the-art computer graphic applications.Develops regular content for multiple social media platforms to create, update, and monitor the office's outreach efforts.Manages the office's web design with emphasis on functionality and usefulness.Qualifications and Evaluations:Applicants must meet the qualification requirements by the closing date of this announcement. One (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS 5 grade level.Provided support for multimedia technologies development.Assisted in identifying methods for information delivery via multiple platforms.Developed an accessible website with graphics and streamlined content.GS 9:

One (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS 7 grade level.Produced computer graphic designs and animation.Planned and produced promotional displays and advertisements.Established rapport with stakeholders to promote agency objectives.GS 11:

One (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS 9 grade level.Designed and produced complex graphic designs and layouts.Produced and disseminated information via various media.Maintained rapport with stakeholders to facilitate agency objectives.Education:All degrees must be from an accredited college or university. Education may be substituted for specialized experience as follows:GS 7:

Bachelor’s degree with superior academic achievement or one (1) full year of graduate-level education.GS 9:

Master’s or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education.GS 11:

Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education.
