:Betches Media is searching for a VP, Creative Director to develop the creative strategy and vision for Betches and our branded partners and fuel our desire to produce award-winning content. This role is a blend of ideation, execution, creative strategy, functional leadership, and hands-on production. The ideal candidate is a solutions-oriented leader with a focus on best-in-class creative work, who will deliver brand partnerships that connect storytelling with design while managing a team of marketing and branded content creatives. This role will report into Revenue Leadership.Role & Requirements :Lead and develop the creative and strategic direction of our brand partnerships functionCollaborate with teams across the organization to craft comprehensive creative approachesBe a content specialist - understand constraints of various content types, especially video on social mediaConfidently lead and oversee client projects and presentations, helping our team deliver their best workBe an integrated thinker, with a tentpole approach - understanding of how to use everything from OOH to experiential in campaign strategiesAdvocate for creative thinking, challenge briefs and strategies, and technical execution to clients when necessaryInspire and mentor creative team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environmentQualifications:12+ years of experience in developing creative within a social media, marketing, or advertising environment6+ years of experience managing a team, including other creativesDeep understanding of media trends, audience behavior, and creative strategies across all social media platforms including podcastProven ability to proactively solve creative challenges, self motivate, and work both independently and collaboratively.Ability to articulate creative ideas and strategies to clients and internal teamsStrategic thinker with a data-driven and results-oriented approachAbility to manage project budgets and resources efficiently, ensuring high quality outcomesProficiency in design softwares and tools such as InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Keynote highly preferredUnderstanding of UX/UI principles and how they apply to creative brand partnershipsFamiliarity with the latest digital marketing technologies and platformsA robust portfolio highlighting social-led campaigns and award-winning workCompensation:The expected annual base salary for this role is $155,000 - $200,000. Years of experience, skills, and other factors such as location will be considered when determining the salary offered.
