Find out more about this role by reading the information below, then apply to be considered.DescriptionYouTube & Social Media ManagerTop-producing Real Estate Team in Sherman Oaks is on the hunt for a passionate and creative YouTube/Social Media manager!In this role, you'll be the driving force behind the capturing, and crafting of captivating video content that showcases our charismatic agents, properties, and vibrant local community.If you have a deep understanding of YouTube and Social Media and know how to create content that drives interest, then this is a position for you!ResponsibilitiesProduce, shoot, and direct long-form video content for weekly YouTube postingCreate brand engagement through our social media channelsMaintain/achieve consistent growth across multiple social media platformsUnderstand and direct ad targeting for optimal reachR & D other agents YouTube/Social media accounts for inspoWork closely with a VA support team to ensure on-time deliveryParticipate in brainstorming sessions to generate fresh ideas for video contentStay up to date on industry trends and emerging video techMaintain website and tracking analytics assuring that content is consistently updatedProduce new advertising and marketing campaigns that are relevant and optimizedMonitoring all new prospects and then incorporate them into marketing campaigns to contribute to company growthDevelop agency team events and then promote on social media channelsOversee all new community launches and develop campaigns and signage to entice potential buyersQualifications

Must have a YouTube channel and know how to grow oneMust work with and know Tube Buddy inside and outMust work with and know how to leverage Chat GPT for processingMust have proven experience in the creation of content for IG, Facebook, IN, and YouTubeMust understand videography and be a pro with video cameras, lighting equipment, and audio recording devicesMust have a creative mindset with the ability to contribute fresh ideasAbility to work in a fast-paced demanding environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and yielding results efficientlyMinimum 2 years of marketing/brand management experience in an agency or Real Estate sales environmentMust possess excellent communication skills and have a positive, upbeat attitudeEncourages and is open to innovative ideas and suggestionsCompensation
