Job Summary:

We are looking for a Data Science Manager for our Growth and Marketing teams in our Data Science, Analytics organization. The ideal candidate is excited about influencing growth strategy at the executive level, driving clarity through crisp metric frameworks, and up-leveling our experimentation methodology. This person will discover insights to unlock additional revenue, all while building and nurturing an amazing team that makes all this possible.

What You’ll Do:

Lead, coach, hire and mentor a team of skilled Data Scientists focused on paid advertising.

Provide strategic influence with cross-functional teams to guide data-driven strategy and roadmaps.

Oversee the design of experiments and conduct causal inference to determine the effects of our marketing investment decisions.

Unlock revenue opportunities through coaching your team on deep-dives to understand marketing efficiency and customer behavior.

Build strong collaboration between Data Science, Machine Learning, and Data Engineering.

Lay a strong data foundation where cross-functional partners can understand the business through key metrics, experiments, and metrics.

Communicate effectively to all levels of the organization, including executives.

What We Need:

8+ years experience in data science and 3+ years leading and building high-performing teams in fast-paced environments.

Fundamental understanding of modern martech stacks (CDP, DMP, DSP).

Experience with 1st and 3rd party measurement and attribution tools and techniques. Non-digital measurement experience is a plus!

Strong advertising experiment design experience including platform-based lift tests, CDP/DMP driven tests, and geo testing.

An advanced degree in a quantitative field - computer science, engineering, statistics, operations research, economics, etc.

Unstoppable Qualities:

Experience partnering with external media agencies.

Quant research and/or brand measurement experience.
