We are seeking a Product Manager to join our CPG Ads team. In this role, you’ll be working on building world-class advertising tools for CPG advertisers. Your goal is to develop a deep understanding of the customers’ pain points, and build out solutions for the customers. You will help advertisers reach new and existing customers through better targeting, optimization and automation, achieve better business results and gain insights through analytics.

This is a very high potential, high-impact role; You are responsible for building the strategy and execution of the Enterprise Advertiser Solution product roadmap. You will be working closely with colleagues across Engineering, Design, User Research, Data Science, and Business to bring the best ideas to life.

What the Candidate Will Need

Develop and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Ads Platform at Uber

Drive the cross-functional teams (engineering, analytics, OPs, etc.) to set qualitative objectives and quantitative goals for the business

Monitor and measure launched products and feed insights back into the product development process.

Clearly communicate product plans, benefits, and results, as appropriate, to a spectrum of audiences, including internal partners and leadership teams.

Basic Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years of product management experience delivering highly successful and innovative products with your fingerprints all over them -- and you're deeply proud of what you've accomplished

Experience with running experiments, and in working with designers & data science.

Passionate about building businesses, not features. Entrepreneurial experience building and leading businesses, including ownership and optimization of business performance metrics

You tackle complex product challenges and simplify them to avoid making them our users and partner's problem

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience with Ads

Computer science undergraduate degree or equivalent, ideally including hands-on software engineering experience.
