If you are looking for a new opportunity to be challenged daily and join an awesome team - let’s chat.We are seeking a Creative Director that will be responsible for leading and shaping the creative vision of planning, developing and executing the company’s StorQuest creative brand vision and strategy across all channels. This position reports to the Vice President of Marketing and will work very closely with the Community, Digital and Field Marketing managers on the marketing team, as well as collaborating with other departments to produce compelling and effective (B2C and B2B) visual and narrative content.Vision and Strategy:

Partner with the VP of Marketing in developing the brand’s long-term creative vision, and communicate, track and measure progress. This includes managing agencies and freelancers.Develop creative brand strategies based on strong customer and market insights, while setting a compelling vision to support future company growth.Own the brand standards and guideline documents to ensure maintenance, plus that all internal documents and materials align and reflect the brand standards.Develop and articulate the creative vision and strategy for projects and campaigns.Ensure that the creative direction aligns with the brand’s overall objectives and identity.Lead the ongoing strategic marketing annual brand and promotional calendar development.Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to keep the creative output relevant and innovative.Project Oversight:

Oversee all stages of the creative process, from brainstorming and concept development to final execution.Ensure that all creative work is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality brand standards.Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing, real estate, operations, business development, sustainability and RV park, to ensure cohesive and effective project outcomes.Stakeholder Engagement:

Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and senior management to understand their needs and expectations.Present and pitch creative ideas and concepts to internal stakeholders and partners, incorporating their feedback into the final output.Manage internal relationships and address any concerns or revisions as needed.Write briefs and facilitate with agencies and vendors on brand campaigns, signage, in-store print materials, brand website edits, press releases, banners/promotional and visual displays.Brand Standards:

Review and approve all creative materials, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines and project objectives. Provides leadership and partners with the Community, Digital and Field Marketing Manager(s) to ensure all local, social media and digital marketing content and initiatives align closely with corporate and brand strategic priorities.Maintain high standards of creativity, innovation, and design excellence across all deliverables.Budget and Resource Management:Develop and manage budgets for creative projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.Allocate resources effectively to maximize productivity and meet project deadlines.Demonstrate a commitment to WWG and StorQuest core values.About You:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Fine Arts, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).Proven experience (5-7 years+) as a Creative Director, Art Director, or similar role in a creative or marketing environment.Self-storage, real estate, retail or hospitality industry experience preferred.Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects and successful campaigns.Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Strong understanding of branding, marketing principles, and industry trends.Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) including active listening.Relationship skills: ability to develop and sustain cooperative working relationships – both internal and external.Organizational skills/Multi-tasking: Exceptional time management and organization skills with the ability to allocate one’s time effectively, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines; ability to handle multiple demands and competing priorities; ability to prioritize workload; and an ability to work at a detailed level.Proven skills in contributing to the development of company objectives and achieving desired goals.Strong accountability combined with strong work ethic and enthusiasm for teamwork.Energetic self-starter with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Intra-personal: A willingness to learn in a dynamic environment that includes new ideas and innovation, intellectually curious, adaptable and ambitious.Computer Skills: Proficiency in design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch and Canva.Superior Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) skills required.At William Warren Group, we believe in the talent of our people.
