ResponsibilitiesJoin us in leading the

change!

We are looking for the next generation marketing and communications innovator to lead strategic marketing efforts to support EPE's business goals supporting the delivery of world-class consultative services and software products in two major market sectors in the energy industry

How you can make an impact:

Team Leadership:

Lead and grow a high-performing marketing team to execute the company's marketing efforts to achieve direct, measurable outcomes.

Cross Functional Leadership:

Lead cross-functional teams including BD, Sales, HR, and subject matter experts, providing the “glue” for EPE’s strategic initiatives, and working two steps ahead to deliver effective campaigns, collateral, and communications.

Thought Leadership:

Establish EPE as a sector leader through strategic content and industry engagement.

Sales Enablement and Support:

Align marketing with sales goals, providing tools and resources for lead generation and conversion.

Recruitment & Retention:

Enhance employer branding and lead HR campaigns for talent acquisition as well as retention. Leverage and promote EPE’s unique culture.

Partnerships:

Build internal and external strategic collaborations to enhance marketing and sales efforts.

Market Analysis:

Conduct research to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions and growth based on market insights.

Budget Management:

Ensure marketing objectives are achieved within budget.

Communication:

Lead and guide internal and external communications, press release and presentations, including internal and external newsletters.

Metrics & Dashboards:

Develop and monitor marketing and communication metrics and effectiveness.

QualificationsBring your passion, here's what’s needed:

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required.

10+ years of marketing experience in the energy industry, with B2B focus and market expansion expertise.

Experience in consulting service/software delivery is preferred.

5+ years in senior leadership roles, including experience in building and leading a high-performing marketing organization.

Strategic thinker with ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company growth objectives, and strategic forward-looking positioning.

Strong project and budget management experience with excellent organization skills.

Strong leadership with ability to lead cross functional teams with multiple initiatives.

Proficiency in data-driven decision-making, informed by market intelligence.
