You'll work with some of the best and brightest in startup-like scrum teams, aiming to bring consumer-style innovation to the enterprise space and deliver great experiences to millions of end-users. This role will be a key member of the Customer 360 Platform UX leadership team, helping us continue to establish Salesforce as a leader within the broader UX field - across thought leadership, recruiting, talent development, and UX best practices. This role will also sit on the Cloud's executive team to help drive product strategy and ensure that our users are represented in a design-led approach to product development.Our Automation & Integration product portfolio combines the best of Salesforce Flow and MuleSoft. Our customers strive to do more with less, often accomplished through automation powered by Salesforce Flow. The work of our UX Designers enhances existing Flow Builder experiences while also bringing a more cohesive experience across the automation suite of tools. Serving personas from IT teams to business users, our automation tools also include Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP).MuleSoft continues to be a leader in the iPaaS and API Management markets. As the MuleSoft platform moves closer to the Salesforce Core Platform, our product experience evolves to serve new users. Via collaboration with teams across the company, MuleSoft helps customers bring data into the ecosystem and allows the Platform to easily connect to disparate systems. The MuleSoft products primarily serve technical admins and developers and the experience is inclusive of web apps, a new IDE named Anypoint Code Builder, and a command line interface (CLI).Behind Salesforce Automation & Integration is a team of talented UX designers, product leaders, and engineers dedicated to creating integrated experiences that support strong relationships for users and their customers. You’ll immerse yourself in all aspects of end-to-end experience design: using storyboards, journey maps, flow diagrams, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas and direction. Formulating a user experience vision for the Salesforce platform.Influencing and aligning Salesforce’s executive leadership team around this vision.Communicating the vision within the User Experience/Product Design team and across the entire company.Partnering with other UX leadership to execute across UX, Product, and Engineering teams.Recruiting, nurturing, and retaining best-in-class talent.Reinforcing a design-driven culture that leverages the best product, technology, and innovative talent.Required Skills/Experience:Demonstrated experience setting UX vision and innovation, with the ability to lead a team to execute against and optimize, across a portfolio of products, projects, and teams simultaneously.Inclusively leads and develops people, sets the pace and people naturally flock to them as a leader.Makes hard decisions and is accountable for them even when the outcome is negative.Deals with ambiguity and is exceptionally adaptable and flexible; can throw and catch a curveball.Very strong presentation and storytelling skills.Understanding of key business metrics and data and how it connects to design.Excellent cross-disciplinary collaboration skills and strong organizational agility.Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressured work environment.Accommodations:If you require assistance due to a disability applying for open positions please submit a request via this Accommodations Request Form.Posting Statement:At Salesforce we believe that the business of business is to improve the state of our world. For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $295,600 to $472,900.

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.#J-18808-Ljbffr
