Your Role

You will be responsible for developing and creating engaging, relevant, and high-quality content for our social media channels. This role requires a creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and a deep understanding of our brand and target audience on social media. You will be particularly focused on short-form media. A passion and/or experience in our industry is a must! You need to have the ability to execute end-to-end material at velocity including being in front of the camera when required.

How You Will Make an Impact

You will be a core element of the ZURU Toys social media strategy. A creator persona who wins hearts and minds of audiences around the world. You will work to deliver world-class content that educates, engages, and entertains.

Content Creation

Develop and produce creative content for our social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

Create compelling written, visual, and multimedia content that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience on each platform.

Ideation and creation of organic and paid TikTok content, ensuring alignment with organic & paid content objectives.

Explore and leverage trends, hooks, and new content opportunities to deliver results.

Work with the global brand team to tailor content for various markets.

Project manage the briefing and delivery of any content requiring design.

Conduct regular sweeps for UGC content, requesting usage rights as required for all platforms.

Leverage Influencer Team for content to repost and use in campaigns.

Work with content brokers to support high-volume content requirements establishing long-term relationships.

Work within brand guidelines and seek approvals for content from key licensing partners.

Repurpose and continuously test successful content on other social channels.

Content Strategy

Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute social media content plans that align with marketing objectives and target audience needs.

Research and stay up-to-date with social media trends and competitor content to ensure our content remains relevant and competitive on each platform.

Content Optimization

Optimize social media content for engagement and reach to increase followers and improve platform performance.

Monitor and analyze content performance on each platform using analytics tools to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Brand Alignment

Ensure all social media content is consistent with our brand voice, style, and guidelines.

Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and cohesive content that reflects our brand identity on each platform.

What You Will Bring

A passion and experience with the Toy Industry or related field.

Proven experience in a similar role or portfolio of proven abilities through your social media accounts as you are an influencer in this space.

Experience with social media management platforms and best practices.

Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building on social media.

Outgoing and great in front of the camera.

Strong filming and editing skills.
