For a complete understanding of this opportunity, and what will be required to be a successful applicant, read on.About the role :We are looking for a Senior Manager, Customer Marketing who will support the Marketing & Communications department’s role in driving the success and growth of our customers. This role will partner with Customer Success and will specifically focus on the roll-out of new customer marketing programs, and communications. Responsibilities include: collaborating across internal and market-facing teams, creation and management of marketing content that communicates our solutions and drives go-to-market strategies and developing and executing events for our customers across the US.Our ideal teammate is a creative storyteller and excellent writer, able to transform complex needs and solutions into simple messages. They will have a strong understanding of digital marketing including advertising, email and social marketing, while also having a passion for collaboration, project management, and go-to-market initiatives. You will have proven experience working with customers on a regular and ongoing basis.What you'll do :Proactively identify document inconsistencies, inefficiencies, and potential areas for improvement in the customer journey.Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including CS, product development, and marketing to develop and implement effective solutions and go-to-market strategies across all key markets.Develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with target customers and users in that market.Build thoughtful strategies and efficient marketing campaigns; this includes identifying unique channels and writing high-quality content that engages our customers.Be a strategic partner in the creation and management for Unite Us customer events - such as our annual One Continuum conference and additional regional Salon Dinners.Maintain a calendar of milestones and market moments that are relevant to the market.Conduct comprehensive evaluations of customer experiences across various touch points. Ensure that the experiences align with Unite Us and our customer’s guidelines as well as industry standards and best practices.Support marketing’s contributions to product launches and feature releases.Regularly gather and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and insights for continuous improvement.Provide regular reports to senior management on the status of improvements, metrics, faced challenges, and impact on customer experience.You’re a great fit for this role if you have :Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field preferred (or related business experience).Minimum of 5 years experience in marketing or customer experience, or a related role.Strong understanding of all aspects of marketing with familiarity with software technologies such as Google Suite, Zoom, Slack, Salesforce, Account Engagement, and Asana.Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.Proficient in data analysis.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Be proactive, detail-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.Ability to navigate ambiguity, define priorities, and drive initiatives.Our Mission:Unite Us’ mission is to unlock the potential of every community. This salary range represents our target hiring range for this role.
