For a complete understanding of this opportunity, and what will be required to be a successful applicant, read on.Base pay range $70,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yrThis is an LA based, hybrid role.You will work with the Director of Store Design and Visual Merchandising to create a consistent environment in stores. You will also partner with regional leaders on VM expectations and identify store support needs to create a more consistent brand experience. You will help to resolve store specific challenges that require merchandising adaptations including store size, store type, volume, spatial constraints, and inventory levels.Qualifications:Minimum five years’ experience in field visual merchandising, and space utilization.Exceptional Microsoft office skills (PowerPoint, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or other visual design tools).Strong professional with analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.Management or people leadership experience.Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once.Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize.Show flexibility, solution-oriented, and open to feedback.Effective communication skills are a must.Proactive in anticipating and planning projects.Responsibilities:As a hybrid role, visit stores twice a week and office once a week.Create visual merchandising directives every season for stores.Travel to stores weekly/biweekly to merchandise newest delivery, take photos, and send out direction.Visit stores to reinforce brand best practices and identify and react to opportunities to increase productivity.Ability to balance critical reporting along with brand aesthetic to influence actions to improve customer experience and overall business results.Effectively lead store teams through change as visual merchandising strategies evolve.Ability to facilitate and participate in calls/meetings to engage team on continuous learning that supports visual merchandising strategies and brand standards.Motivate and inspire teams by setting clear expectations, providing timely feedback, and recognizing successes along the way.Support remodels and new store openings.Share industry best practices and benchmarking ideas.About the Company:PAIGE believes that every choice we've made has led us to this moment.
