Role Mission As a Sr Product Designer, you will collaborate with clients and cross-functional team members to ultimately design engaging digital experiences for web and mobile products, either 0-1, or as an extension of existing designs and established design systems. You’ll be responsible for creating personas, information architecture, customer journeys, wireframes, and prototypes that follow interaction design and usability best practicesWork with clients and internal project teams to promote the benefits of accessibility and usability best practicesProduce clean, informative, and concise presentations to clients and internal teams that communicate the rationale behind your designsDeliver useful and delightful solutions that meet our clients’ needs and requirementsForm solid working relationships with our clientsIncrease awareness of the value of user experience design and research internally and externally
About You
3-5+ years of product design experience, ideally in a consulting or agency contextExpertise using FigmaExperience designing developer-ready visual assets and UI componentsExperience with user research methods and toolsExtensive client-facing experience
Nice to Have
EdTech, FinTech, Telco or HealthTech experienceFamiliarity with WCAG and other accessibility guidelines and standards
