Director, Demand Generation & Field MarketingIdeally, you will be in proximity to our Switzerland (Rolle) or US (Boston) Corporate offices on a hybrid work-schedule, however suitably qualified candidates can be considered on a remote basis across EU5 or the US-North East.

Due to high collaboration and team structure within Europe, this role wouldn't suit someone working remotely from the US West Coast or Central states.Our MissionWe believe there is a smarter, more data-driven way to make decisions in healthcare and our cloud-native AI powered SOPHiA DDM Platform makes that vision a reality on a daily basis. You will have direct input to our mission to democratize data-driven medicine for the ultimate benefit of cancer and rare disease patients across the globe.Your MissionReporting to the VP, Marketing and leading our Demand Generation and Field Marketing team, you will be the driving force behind our demand generation initiatives.Drive our ongoing mission for marketing to be a demand-engine, providing top of funnel activity and qualified opportunities for our Clinical and BioPharma sales team globally.Lead on strategies and initatives to ensure pipeline generation and growth across North America and Europe (primary markets) with further scope across LATAM, MEA and APACPartner and collaborate closely with sales, product teams and a diverse set of stakeholders, ensuring buy in and alignment on the implementation of marketing strategies and achieving business goalsBuild multi-channel campaigns and works in symbiosis with the Event Team, the Content & Proposition Team, Digital Marketing, Digital Operations and leads projects and actions across the team to meet lead generation objectivesDirectly lead the field marketing team, defining objectives and driving execution and delivery against funnel and pipeline. Set the global field marketing strategy, and translate into regionalised activity that delivers impact in target marketsRequirementsTo be successful in this role, we see you bringing:8+ years leading global or international teams in a commercial marketing enviornment.You'll bring international industry exposure within Software, Cloud-computing or B2B Data, or parallel exposure to Medical Devices or Medical Software.Experience in early stage or high growth organisations, with lean team structures and resources is essentialA track record of success owning and operating a field marketing operation and demand generation function, capable of demonstrating global ROI.Complete fluency in marketing technologies including Pardot and Salesforce, Google Analytics, marketing automation and social media tools.A results and solutions-orientated mindset, capable of thriving in a complex, multicultural and rapid change organisation sitting at the forefront of innovation.BenefitsYou will be joining an organisation with the patient at the heart of every decision and action, driven by purpose as we drive exponential growth to our new business unit.Business recognition and accolades include:
