We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to join our Creative Department as a Project Manager, focusing on coordinating the production and editing of product photography and marketing content that we produce in-house and through partnerships with freelancers. Collaborate actively with team members across multiple departments to manage the production from start to deployment for product and lifestyle image.
Coordinate with multiple freelancers to manage several project timelines at once.
Work closely with internal teammates and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on objectives and deadlines.
Maintain and develop our internal file management and content deployment policies across the company.
Operate project management systems to promote collaboration and transparency across departments.
Manage time effectively, prioritizing projects based on urgency and importance.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience managing projects in a creative field a plus.
This is a full-time position requiring 100 percent in-person work.
High school diploma or equivalent is required. A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Photography or a related field is strongly preferred.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience using macOS and proficiency with Apple products.
Must be a collaborative team player, willing to contribute ideas and work closely with colleagues.
Excellent time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deliverables and meet numerous deadlines.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Comfortable presenting status updates in meetings and across digital platforms.
Adaptability to think quickly and effectively in time-sensitive situations.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to ensure projects are well-organized and easily accessible across departments.
Preferred but not required:
Experience working in a creative agency, creative department, or product development.
Experience with Asana or other project management software.
Project management skills to assist other departments in meeting goals.

Working Hours & Hours of Operation
Reno, Nevada: Monday - Thursday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm with a 1-hour lunch, Fridays 8:00 am - 4:30 pm with a 30-minute lunch.
