Imagine your future with us.About The RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to be the first Global Head of Creative, based in Newark, NJ. In this role, you will lead the creative organization to design, develop, and launch full-funnel creative campaigns on a global scale. Your curiosity drives you to integrate inspiration from culture and technology into your creative output.Your ResponsibilitiesServe as the Global Head of Creative for full-funnel marketing, overseeing brand awareness, performance, and customer-facing campaigns across paid, earned, and owned media channels.Lead the development and deployment of B2B and B2C campaigns, including paid media advertising, content marketing, product launches, audience communications, and brand activations.Build, lead, and inspire a global team of multi-media art directors, graphic designers, and copywriters to deliver exceptional, brand-defining creative work that aligns with marketing goals and drives key performance indicators.Incorporate technological advancements into the creative process to enhance output quality, workflow efficiency, and overall effectiveness.Oversee the creative operations function, including production, automation, delivery, localization, and budget management.Act as the primary creative point of contact for key external agencies and collaborate with in-house resources from media companies.Ensure consistent use of visual, auditory, and tone of voice brand guidelines across various mediums and platforms.Partner closely with the Head of UX Design to integrate brand elements seamlessly into the product experience.Play a key role in streamlining the current roster of creative agencies as part of a cross-functional team.About Our TeamWe are the leading producer and provider of audio storytelling, offering immersive, cinematic experiences full of inspiration and insight to enrich our listeners' daily lives. Our Hub+Home hybrid workplace model offers the flexibility to work both remotely and in a common office space, fostering collaboration and connection.Basic Qualifications15+ years of creative leadership experience, including work with consumer-facing brands, digital brands, and in-house or client-side experience.Proven experience in building, developing, and scaling high-performance creative teams.Expertise in full-funnel creative work across multiple formats and mediums.Strong experience in working across functions and regions within a matrixed environment.Ability to collaborate with and influence other leaders, creating communication strategies that engage and resonate with both internal and external stakeholders.Preferred QualificationsExperience in agency-side creative leadership, in addition to client-side experience.Fluency in one or more foreign languages.Global experience, particularly in non-English-speaking countries.Experience with global consumer digital brands, especially those with subscription business models.Proven ability to balance a high volume of work with distinctive, high-quality output.We are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace, welcoming candidates from all backgrounds.Employment Type:
