We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of healthcare technology and proven experience in developing and executing effective marketing strategies that drive lead generation, engagement, and brand awareness. Reporting to the CMO, you will play a key role in promoting our solutions to healthcare providers and other industries we serve.Key Responsibilities:Develop Marketing Campaigns:

Create and implement comprehensive B2B marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility and drive customer acquisition and retention in the healthcare technology sector.Product Marketing:

Develop product-level marketing initiatives to support growth solutions.Market Research:

Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing initiatives.Content Creation:

Produce high-quality marketing materials, including case studies, whitepapers, blog posts, email campaigns, and social media content that effectively communicate the value of our solutions.Lead Generation:

Develop strategies to generate leads and increase the sales pipeline, including webinars, conferences, partnerships, and targeted advertising.Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with the sales team, product/business SMEs, and customer success to ensure marketing strategies align with business goals and customer feedback.Performance Analytics:

Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to optimize strategies and report on key metrics and ROI.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in the healthcare technology or related industry.Proven track record of developing successful omnichannel marketing strategies that drive results.Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques and marketing tools, including CRM systems and marketing automation platforms. Salesforce preferred.Expertise with the most widely used Social Media platforms.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.We expect the candidate to uphold Crowe's values of Care, Trust, Courage, and Stewardship.
