Is this the next step in your career Find out if you are the right candidate by reading through the complete overview below.Future Opening: Director of Sales and Marketing Fitness Holdings Northeast LLC is looking for a Director of Sales and Marketing to oversee all locations throughout the Northeast.We are a franchise of CRUNCH Fitness, headquartered in Greenwich, CT. Our mission is to launch a network of CRUNCH gyms across the northeastern United States, with franchise rights in Westchester County, NY, Philadelphia, PA, Northern New Jersey, and Boston, MA. Fitness Holdings, LLC is on pace to build 50 clubs throughout the Northeast Corridor.With a focus on low cost, high volume, and superior customer service, Fitness Holdings, LLC's first location opened in May 2013 in White Plains, NY, and has grown to 22 clubs so far, with more coming by the end of 2019!Job Summary:The Director of Sales and Marketing (DSM) is responsible for ensuring that each club exemplifies the company’s culture and values, achieves the desired financial results, and flawlessly executes company sales programs in place for each club location. The DSM will also be held accountable for ensuring the following:Achieve and exceed the Company’s sales plans and KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators).Plan and implement sales, both short and long range, targeted toward existing and new markets.Design and execute a dynamic range of Marketing and Sales plans that range from traditional to social media, interactive, and television.Drive the achievement of financial results, ensure profitability, and the highest level of performance for each club.Develop and manage sales and marketing operating budgets.Supervise the Marketing department and find the most cost-effective and productive marketing program.Ensure the marketing department has organized campaigns, including local marketing initiatives, sales programs, and events.Evaluate club performance in sales and KPI’s by ensuring that each General Manager completes and reviews weekly productivity reports.Review and analyze sales performances against programs, quotes, and plans to determine effectiveness.Model and manage effective supervision to drive sales by consistently delivering exceptional customer service.Analyze and monitor the sales and expense figures for each club location, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.Develop and implement sales training for all levels, including new hires and continuing education for employees.Provide recommendations to management for existing and new growth opportunities and market insights.Create member feedback tools and develop action plans for improvement.Understand the competitive health club industry landscape within the Districts and communicate opportunities.Please note: This job description was designed as a summary of the typical function of the job and is not a comprehensive list of all possible job responsibilities.Crunch Fitness is looking for energetic, enthusiastic people that are passionate about health and fitness to join our team.
