Find your future with us.We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Marketing Technology & Automation Specialist (level 4 or 5) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will drive strategic growth initiatives and optimize operational processes to achieve our business objectives. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented leader with a robust background in marketing technology, operations management, data analysis, and project management. This position will be instrumental in driving automation and operational efficiency in the development and execution of full-funnel marketing campaigns, leveraging both new and existing technologies to accelerate growth within our Boeing Global Services business. Expertise in marketing technology, demand generation, account-based marketing (ABM), lead management, digital marketing, and revenue attribution is essential.**Position Responsibilities:**+ Lead the execution of digital marketing initiatives, including campaign architecture, lead management, target list creation, and segmentation.+ Collaborate with key stakeholders to align growth strategies with marketing infrastructure and technology configuration.+ Oversee the management of tagging, tracking, and lead flow for global campaigns to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.+ Optimize operational processes to drive efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with business objectives.+ Own and maintain the marketing database, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.+ Foster a culture of operational excellence within the team, building strong operational discipline and best practices.**This position has been identified as a virtual opportunity and does not require applicants to live in the primary locations listed.****Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.****Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):**+ 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing and demand generation, preferably in the manufacturing or after-market services industry, with a proven track record of driving measurable results.+ Strong understanding of lead nurturing, lead progression, lead scoring, and sales follow-up processes.+ Demonstrated experience in building targeted, complex, multi-channel campaigns that drive significant pipeline growth.+ Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies to measure, analyze, and optimize campaign performance.+ Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious goals in a fast-paced environment.+ Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute sophisticated digital marketing strategies that drive business growth.+ Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.**Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):**Expertise in marketing technology platforms, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce CRM, 6sense, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Target.**Typical Education/ Experience:**Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+4 years' related work experience, Master+7 years' related work experience, 13 years' related work experience, etc.).**Relocation:**This position is located in a location that does not offer relocation.
