Here are a few things we already know about you:+ You've been the lead art director on a variety of integrated campaigns+ You have an impressive award-winning portfolio of work+ You’re ambitious, a team player, resourceful and accountable+ You're effective at presenting the workABOUT THE ROLE:+ Understand our clients’ business challenges and generate integrated creative ideas, develop concepts and designs that help our clients move their businesses forward+ Partner with copywriters and other creatives to deliver big ideas; continue to push the boundaries to find new and better ways to improve our clients’ businesses+ Be the lead art director on projects and productions (photo and video shoots)+ Present your work and develop strong client relationships+ Be a go-to for new business pitches and juicy client projects+ Help foster an inclusive, inspiring and energetic working environment that ultimately leads to great work and happy people+ Collaborate with cross-functional team members, including other creatives, account management, production, strategy and media+ Stay abreast of trends and new media formats, absorbing ideas from the internet, TV, social media, etc.+ Meet deadlines and requirements, from kickoff to final deliverySKILLS & EXPERIENCE:+ Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite+ Knowledge of integrated production/campaign development+ Eye for design and executional craft+ A creative portfolio which displays your ability to think in inventive ways+ Multicultural, earned media and/or social campaign development experience a plus+ Salary is commensurate with your experience and quality of portfolio#LI-RH1We offer excellent benefits to eligible employees, including 401(k), holidays, vacations and more.Quad is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and values diversity.
