We empower millions of customers around the world to build their brands and grow their companies with a suite of marketing automation, multichannel campaigns, CRM, and analytics tools.We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager, Event Communications to join our growing Lifecycle Marketing and Operations team. In this role you will set the communications strategy for customers and prospect journeys across a variety of marketing channels inclusive of owned and industry partner events.We are looking for an energetic, insightful marketer who has an interest in both understanding audiences and designing tailored communication strategies and tactics to help drive audience engagement and event attendance.What you'll bring+ You have 8+ years hands-on experience of leading a team for Lead Generation and/or Events, developing winning data driven communication strategies.+ You’re a strategic communicator: You excel at crafting and executing comprehensive communication strategies that effectively engage diverse audiences across multiple channels.+ You’re audience-centric: You have a deep understanding of customer and prospect journeys, and you know how to tailor messaging to resonate with different segments, driving engagement and attendance.+ You’re an omni-channel expert: You have experience integrating communication efforts across email, SMS, in-product messaging, and other channels to create a seamless and impactful customer experience.+ You’re data-savvy: You use insights and analytics to inform and refine your communication strategies, ensuring that every campaign is optimized for maximum impact.+ You’re an innovative thinker: You enjoy experimenting with new communication approaches and technologies to stay ahead of the curve and deliver fresh, engaging content.+ You’re collaborative and influential: You work effectively with cross-functional teams, influencing stakeholders and ensuring alignment with broader marketing goals.+ You’re detail-oriented: You are meticulous in your approach, ensuring that every aspect of communication strategy is well-planned, executed, and documented for scalability.How you will leadAbout youYou are an expert at developing demand generation and lead nurturing programs that drive results, while also building a successful pipeline to support sales in ongoing business development efforts.You seek to find the best solutions to automate and push the boundaries of owned channel marketing (inclusive of events) with an in-depth understanding of the complexities that come with cross-channel B2B marketing.You are looking for your next challenge - one in which you can put your expertise into practice and see from the very beginning to future iterations how your contributions helped drive meaningful growth for an amazing company and organization.Event Communication+ Develop cross-channel campaigns across email, sms and in product communications to implement a holistic, omni-channel approach by audience type for in-person and virtual events (webinars, conferences, workshops, dinners, industry and virtual events). Collaborate with leads of social, web, PR and sales channels to ensure that there is an interconnected approach across all communication channels.+ Oversee the communication strategy across all events to ensure that the team has built an optimal end-to-end journey that is repeatable and documented in playbooks for scalability.+ Work with the key stakeholders (event leads, Sales team) to define and agree on targets to meet or exceed goals through rapid iteration of both tried and true strategies as well as innovative new approaches.+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align event communications with overall marketing goals and brand messaging.+ Develop and implement test and learn strategies including A/B tests and other experimentation methodologies to continuously improve event communication, optimize engagement and drive attendance+ Leverage positioning, messaging, buyer personas and other information to target segments and generate highly qualified leads.+ Optimize event communication strategies to maximize lead acquisition and nurture prospects through the sales funnel.+ Work closely with the LCM sales team lead to ensure seamless handoff of leads and track the effectiveness of lead generation activities.+ Implement targeted communication strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention through personalized event experiences.+ Utilize data-driven insights to segment audiences and tailor communications to meet their needs and preferences.Performance Analysis:+ Analyze and understand key market segments to develop compelling messaging and marketing offers.+ Monitor and analyze the performance of event communication campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.+ Use analytics to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies to achieve better outcomes.Team Management & Collaboration:+ Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to achieve team objectives.+ Foster a collaborative environment, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement.EOE AA M/F/Vet/Disability.
