Our global company employs more than 15,000 people in 65 countries, with world headquarters in Greensboro, North Carolina, and regional headquarters in Geneva and Hong Kong.Job Posting:Ecommerce Marketing Touchpoint SpecialistJob SummaryThe ecommerce marketing touchpoint specialist for Lee.com will support digital marketing initiatives to achieve traffic and sales goals.This role is critical in ensuring design requests are entered according to campaign timelines and creative is cohesive across various touchpoints and throughout customer journey.This role will also support promotion execution to ensure an optimal customer experience that drives conversion and other KPIs.Daily responsibilities will include reviewing site and channel calendars, auditing competitor sites and documenting insights, organizing image and copy assets, and completing required tasks for campaign launches across ecommerce design requests to fulfill creative needs for on-site and ecommerce owned channels of site traffic. This role will work closely with the brand marketing team, digital designers, and the ecommerce channel marketing coordinator.The ideal candidate is familiar with apparel brand marketing campaigns and digital advertising mediums. This role requires someone who is detail oriented, can communicate effectively, and extremely organized.ResponsibilitiesCreate design requests in project management tool for on-site and channel campaign creative, providing links to assets, coordinate and execute marketing campaigns through all channels including email, SMS, etcSupport maintenance of lee.com marketing calendars, including maintenance of calendar, communication of any changes/updates to the calendar to internal parties (consumer relations, social & events, etc.) and external partnersSelect images for on- and off-site creative based on usage rights, products highlighted, and marketing needsTest promotion functionality on site ahead of and at launchConduct audits across similar websitesTest marketing emails ahead of launch validating for grammar, accurate links, accurate UTM parameters, and intended messageExperienceExperience using Microsoft office programs, with an emphasis on ExcelExperience collaborating and tracking due dates in a project management software, such as AsanaSocial media, email marketing, or ecommerce experience responsibilitiesSkillsWritten and oral communication to clearly communicate requirements, timelines, and deliverablesStrong organizational skillsProficient PC and digital skillsAbility to partner and collaborateMust be detailed oriented, accurate, and a high level of initiativeWhy Kontoor Brands?At Kontoor, we offer a comprehensive benefit package to fit your lifestyle and our benefits are crafted with the same care as our products.When our employees are healthy, secure and well, they bring their best selves to work.
