Marketing Associate, Admin for Investor Relations (Kirkland/onsite)Terrific new Marketing Associate opportunity with an eastside financial services investment firm, focused on international investment prospects. This role is an administrative support role in Investor Relations, supporting the Director to enhance the department's efficiency and success. Manage the CRM database, updating names and contact information, perform market research on companies and contacts for outreach, assist with DDQ's & RFP's forms, update marketing materials, prepare periodic reporting documents, assist with event planning, host dinners domestic and international. This is not a sales role, more backend admin support for investor relations activities. Ideal for 3+ years, BA, experience in financial services (investments, advisory, banking, etc.), excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comp range to $80K + significant bonus + profit sharing potential, excellent benefits including 100% medical for family, generous PTO. This is an onsite job in Kirkland, free parking.
