The role with support, Visa's Issuer Process Business - Visa DPS. A market leader in North America. You will be part of the team on taking new product direction and launches within the portfolio to market. This is a unique opportunity to build Product Marketing for an established brand as it redefines its go-to-market.Build a robust, outcome driven marketing plan for Key Products and services. Working with executive leadership, product and commercialization teams. Prioritizing focus areas.Bringing together a budget, cross-functional teams across Global Product and B2B Marketing and agencies towards and execution plan.Hands on work on messaging and positioning, and leading cross-functional teams and supporting agencies on execution of content and collateral.Using Visa's B2B Marketing Measurement framework to develop a B2B Integrated Campaign plan for the DPS.This is a high profile, growth oriented role, as the business looks to grow and fortify. A great culture of empowerment and openness to ideas and space to make a difference.This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.Qualifications

Basic Qualifications8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhDMinimum 8-10 Years Experience as. Product Marketing Manager (B2B) in Financial Services Technology and/or related Space, such as Payments, Issuing Solutions, Financial Infrastructure and Services. Experience in SaaS Product Marketing with be advantageous.Experience in leading end -to-end product marketing for a product and service, including experience in launching products and supporting revenue growth.Full spectrum capability to developing messaging, content for marketing and sales motions.Experience in supporting go-to-market of product or service with a complete Product and B2B Marketing plan - content to campaigns and demand generation.Ability to work in a matrix organization, ability to pitch and grow influence of marketing with business and product leaders.Strong analytical and writing skills. Strengths in using tools and approaches for agile.Experience and ability to quickly understand, core product and service functionality, customer needs and industry trends to incorporate into messaging and content.Experience in interacting with industry analysts and influencers.Additional Information

Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
