Our handmade designs are all crafted by the team of talented artists we have in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Our corporate offices and warehouse are located in Holliston, Massachusetts. This is where daily business operations are conducted, design concepts are born, and where our entire collection is housed and shipped from.Job Responsibilities:Quilling Card is looking for a motivated individual with at least 5 years of experience to join our fast-paced and rapidly growing company. The ideal candidate will be a talented designer who has the ability to mentor other junior designers/illustrators. We are looking for a creative who has a strong attention to detail and experienced illustration/design skills to help ideate new product and card designs and produce accurate production and print files. This individual will be the go between from the Chief Design Officer/Creative Director and the junior design team members.The role will be responsible for assisting the creative team across all disciplines which includes, but is not limited to:Production file creation, management and organizationDesign Print Files and work with 3 rd

party printers (Thank You mailers, Display headers, packaging etc)Management/Implementation of Brand Library and AssetsCollaborate and Assist with New Product DevelopmentsPropose and present new design concepts for products and greeting cardsContribute to strategic decisions regarding conflicts of interest amongst clients/key accountsOversee design projects from concept to deliveryDesign/Illustrate original artworks for cards if workload allowsMentor junior designers/illustratorsLiaison between Quilling Team in Vietnam US Team for various creative projectsTroubleshooting and remedying errors/mistakesStay up to date on industry trendsThe ability to multitask with strong organizational skills is essential in order to provide support to the creative team in efficiently managing the many projects we are always simultaneously working on. We are looking for someone who is a self-starter, excited to learn, and put their creative skills to use.Since we are a small team, we often assist with tasks outside of our primary roles.
