The Marketing & Advertising Manager oversees the implementation of advertising to promote business products and services as well as hiring and training department employees; executes online marketing initiatives by developing, implementing, and managing various digital marketing campaigns; oversees our loyalty program, enhances brand visibility, engages target audiences, conducts market research, drives conversations, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to promote overall online growth and media presence.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and execute comprehensive advertising strategies to achieve business objectives and growth targets.Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing, loyalty program, and/or multi-channel advertising campaigns including digital, TV, radio, and outdoor.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business goals.Act as a catalyst for digital optimization and loyalty.Oversee the creation of high-quality and engaging content across digital and traditional marketing platforms that resonate and drive action.Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital ad campaigns using relevant analytics, tools, and adjust strategies accordingly.Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve digital marketing efforts by conducting ongoing research and competitor analyses.Collaborate with category managers and senior leadership to ensure advertising efforts align with broader marketing and business strategies.Drive brand awareness and engagement through strategic marketing methods.Manage and optimize website content and user experience to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, including pay-per-click (PPC) and display advertising.Define and detect key performance indicators (KPIs) to track improvement and growth.Lead SEO initiatives to improve organic search rankings and increase website visibility.Manage and nurture relationships with external agencies, partners, and vendors.Monitor and manage the company's online reputation and respond to customer feedback effectively.Stay up to date with data privacy regulations and ensure compliance in all digital marketing and advertising activities.Lead and mentor a team of advertising professionals including creative, copywriting, media planning, and digital marketing, fostering their growth and development.Travel as neededKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Excellent analytical skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCritical thinking and problem-solving skillsExcellent leadership and managerial skillsHighly motivated individual with digital marketing skillsStrategic marketing mindset with the ability to promote growth and success through advertisingKeep self-informed of new procedures and operating policies within the companyDemonstrate and model strong interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentationCreative mindset with the ability to stay up to date on marketing trendsDemonstrate flexible and efficient time management skillsAbility to work independently and prioritize tasks based on importance levelCustomarily exercise discretion and independent judgmentProficiency in using analytics tools and conducting market research to measure campaign performance and make data-driven decisionsStrong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneouslyEDUCATION AND REQUIREMENTSRequired:5 years experience in a retail organization leading the Marketing and Advertising functionStore experience overseeing a retail organizations digital and loyalty programsPreferred:Bachelor's or Associate degree in Marketing, Business, or a related fieldMicrosoft Office skillsMicrosoft Office skillsProven track record of driving successful online campaignsPrevious experience in a similar role related to marketing, preferably advertisingAdvanced knowledge of social media, paid and organic ads, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketingStrong understanding of digital marketing and advertising concepts, tools, and platformsCertifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot)PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSProlonged periods sitting/standing at a desk and working on a computerMust be able to lift up to 15 pounds at timesParker's Companies is an equal opportunity employer committed to hiring a diverse workforce and sustaining an inclusive culture.
