Summary of positionThe Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing our overall marketing and brand strategy, content and event calendars, advertising, graphic design, and data analysis of our marketing strategy. This individual is responsible for continuously evaluating and refining market segmentation strategies to ensure they align with evolving marketing trends and business objectives.The Marketing Manager will also support the Business Development and Sales teams through marketing collateral, brand marketing, conference/networking events coordinating, and industry memberships.Duties & responsibilitiesManagement of company media files:Reviewing project progress photos for any marketable content.Getting the necessary third-party approvals and internal safety approval prior to use of any videos and photos in marketing content.Occasional visits to company buildings and project sites for capture of new content.Protection and distribution of official company logo, its assets, and alternative logos as necessary.Maintain the company's Media Library to include photos, videos, graphics, and logos used in marketing materials such as: project sites, site walks, industry and networking events, company events, corporate headshots, advertising campaigns, and presentation graphics.

Designing campaigns, content, and brand awareness strategies for each audience through the following avenues:Email marketingSocial media contentDigital and print advertisingDigital and print flyers/brochuresExternal presentationsWhite-papers / webinars from company's subject-matter-expertsLead generation through distribution of white-papers and webinarsProject award submissions

Industry Associations and Conference Event Planning:Scheduling, tracking, and booking events including individual and/or booth registrations.Tracking and fulfilling requests related to event sponsorships and association memberships.Tracking specific event costs related to registrations and sponsorships.Tracking networking association memberships fees/dues (ex: ABC, NDA, SAME, AGC, EBC)Designing and ordering booth signage and materials.

QualificationsRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, with a track record of successful campaigns and projects.Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.Experience with content management and graphic design.Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms

Preferred Qualifications:Experience within the building and construction industry is a bonusAbility to attend industry eventsUnderstanding of B2B marketing principles

Physical RequirementsProlonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Must be able to lift 10 pounds at times.Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
