We provide an interactive canvas to the landscapes of America's waterfront cities, creating lasting and memorable campaigns for our clients, including Disney, Amazon, Anheuser Busch, HBO, Twitter, and more!About the PositionAs an Advertising Coordinator, you will ensure the successful execution of our advertising contracts, focusing on charting, post-sale processes, and managing operator accounts, including private vessel operators and state and government organizations. Your goal is to streamline operations, ensure successful campaigns, and drive client retention and repeat business.What You'll DoA successful candidate for this role has built collaborative client relationships, understands the out-of-home advertising landscape, and excels in fast-paced startup environments.Report directly to the Manager, Client Success and work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Operations to ensure seamless campaign execution for our clientsLead and manage post-sale processes, ensuring all aspects of campaign execution are seamless and efficient.Develop and implement SOPs and internal processes for advertising operations.Optimize and automate post-sale workflows using HubSpot CRM and other tools.Manage inventory, handling requests, holds, and media plans.Partner with Sales to manage client relationships and client satisfaction, including determining client goals, deliverables, asset management, and delivery to achieve campaign successMonitor campaign performance, provide insights, proof of performance, and handle escalations.Manage both digital and static posting, coordinating with content schedulers and printing partners.Develop and maintain an understanding of Ballyhoo Media's business model and media products.Gather client feedback and collaborate with product development to improve offerings.Develop strategies to maintain high client retention rates and oversee renewals.Proactively identify and communicate risks to internal teams.Handle operator accounts, including private vessel operators and state and government organizations.What Experience or Skills are Needed?1-3 years of experience in advertising operations, account management, sales coordination, and/or agency experienceBachelor's DegreePrior experience in advertising or media industries, preferably in OOH (out-of-home) advertisingStrong interpersonal skills with experience in fostering client relationships and ensuring satisfactionDemonstrated ability to drive growth in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environmentProficiency in CRM software, such as HubSpot, and data analysis toolsProficiency in Excel and project management toolsAbility to timely and accurately enter and compile dataAbility to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously across markets and assetsHigh level of organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
