HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT:The Canada Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing and supporting digital marketing campaigns for our Canadian business including strategizing, implementing, and maintaining digital marketing efforts through a variety of channels - including SEM, Email, Paid Social, Affiliate and others. This person will be responsible for developing and building demand generation and digital marketing programs to meet revenue goals. This role will also be responsible for developing omnichannel and retail marketing programs to meet offline traffic and revenue goals. The successful candidate should possess strong skills in marketing strategy and digital marketing. This position will serve as the liaison between the domestic marketing team and the Canadian office, ensuring processes, learnings, and best practices are applied to the Canadian market while keeping a close eye on the local and regional nuances of the market and consumer. This person will be required to effectively manage multiple projects and resources in a fast-paced environment, and must be self-motivated, organized, and flexible.This role reports into the Sr Director, Go-to-Market & Retail Marketing and is based in our Buckhead office in our on-site work environment. The role will also include quarterly travel to our Ontario offices.

60%: In partnership with merchant, brand and retail teams; manage marketing and product cadence for the website and marketing channels (Email, SEM, Paid Social, Affiliate and Display, Organic social strategy, including Facebook and Instagram, omnichannel and store marketing programs)Develop strategy and execute creative brief for all marketing assets, to support each channel and promotional campaign. Collaborate with brand creative team to build out strategy and cadencePartner with brand and creative teams to execute assets and brand strategiesCollaborate with retail team for drive-to-store and omnichannel marketing initiativesGrow email databaseOptimize touchpoints and communicationsLead strategic Bid strategies, creative execution, testingDevelop, test, and analyze all programs and strategies to maximize results, drive volume, and reach company targetsUtilize web analytics to manage KPIs, goals, channel preference and strategic opportunities based on dataManage tracking, reporting and analysis of marketing campaigns and programs to improve overall campaign performanceOwn agency and platform relationships on a daily/weekly/monthly basis for platform changes and management of goalsCreate engaging content optimized for targeted audiences20%: Lead annual marketing plan, reaching performance and sales goals, and managing budget, invoices, accruals & forecasting for cartersoshkosh.ca

Manage and optimize budget of $2M+Utilize analytics tools to develop appropriate and profitable marketing mix20%: Monitor, track, and report on marketing metrics for all channels, including ROAS & trend analysis, spend optimization

Provide strategic insight to develop long and short-term execution plans for new and expanding marketing campaignsUpdate and analyze channel specific marketing reportsDevelop and present weekly, monthly and quarterly marketing updates to internal stakeholdersWE'D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF:Must have:

5+ years of experience in digital/retail marketing roleBudget management experienceStrong ability to work cross-functionally across different teamsDetail oriented with an ability to juggle shifting prioritiesExperience working in a direct marketing environment; Preferably with an online retailerExperience in SEM or SEO on agency or client-sidePreferred skills and experience:

eCommerce & Retail experience preferredDemonstrated experience creating marketing reportsStrong excel skills and the ability to analyze trends to make data informed decisions.Understanding of international marketing trends and business conceptsKnowledge of analytics tools, preferred experience with Adobe Analytics, Tableau or similar platformAbility to work collaboratively and field requests from key internal stakeholdersPresent data in an actionable and useful way to allow business owners to make decisionsDemonstrate resourceful problem-solving ability and creative thinking skills as evidenced by prior campaignsComprehension of marketing campaign concepts (across multiple offline and online channels)Worked in a direct marketing environment, preferably with an online retailerTeam player.
