Monday through Friday, hybrid or remote.Job descriptionRegan Digital Studios (RDS), a division of Regan Communications Group (RCG), is seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Front-End UX Designer. As a member of our dynamic, growing team, you will bring your passion for creating intuitive, user-centered designs and strong understanding of modern front-end technologies to our mission to build and execute digital media campaigns for a wide range of clients. You will collaborate closely with our creative, development, and marketing teams to translate client needs into engaging and effective digital experiences.ResponsibilitiesUser Interface Development:
Design and develop user interfaces for websites, landing pages, and digital campaigns that are visually compelling and highly functional.User Research:
Conduct user research and translate findings into wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.Cross-Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and alignment with project goals.Design Creation and Implementation:
Create responsive designs that deliver a seamless experience across various devices and platforms. Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and optimal user experience.Analysis:
Continuously test and iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics data.Continuing Innovation:
Stay up to date with the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and technologies to bring innovative ideas to our projects.Experience/QualificationsBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Web Development, or a related field.3-plus years' experience in UX/UI design and front-end development.Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.Strong experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, or similar.Solid understanding of responsive design principles and best practices.Experience with user research methodologies and the ability to translate findings into actionable design solutions.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and articulate design concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital projects, from websites to mobile apps.Why Regan?You will join a team of experienced, dedicated professionals at one of the nation's leading strategic communications companies, with offices in Boston, Florida, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New York City, Washington, D.C., South Carolina, and on Cape Cod.
