Haskell's Design & Consulting Team unites architecture, engineering, and consulting professionals from across industries and geographies. Our diverse and innovative team allows Haskell to serve our clients with multiple project delivery methods including design-build, engineer-procure-construct, fee-for-service, or consulting services. These services allow our team to form a strong rapport with clients, marshalling them as they grow and helping them address industry and market challenges. The Design & Consulting Team serves a diverse set of markets including food and beverage, consumer products, civil infrastructure, and Federal Government projects. Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage all aspects of design, ensuring compliance with project criteria and corporate standards.Serve as the primary client interface, managing criteria acquisition and maintaining positive client relationships.Oversee and prioritize responses to RFIs, submittals, and field issues during construction support.Manage design scope changes, schedule impacts, and financial performance, ensuring all changes are documented.Develop design budgets, monitor financials, and ensure invoicing aligns with contract terms.Education/Experience:

Bachelor's degree in engineering or architecture.8+ years of progressive design experience, including 5 years as a lead designer and 3 years in design management.Professional registration or eligibility preferred; PMP certification desired but not required.Proficient in Microsoft Office and design document production software.Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and leadership, with experience in managing budgets, schedules, and change management.

Environmental Factors and/or Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, this position is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; and the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10-50 pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination, and arm, hand and finger dexterity, including the ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read application/form information. The associate frequently is required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear.
