This individual will play a key role in creating visually compelling designs that communicate our brand message and support our digital marketing initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Create visually appealing designs for various digital marketing initiatives and media. Experience in generating social media graphics, email campaigns, and website content that follow branding guidelines and direction.Strong understanding of UI principles and best practices.Experience with responsive design and designing for various screen sizes and devices.Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.Ensure all designs are consistent with our brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of quality and creativity.Work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing time and priorities to meet deadlines.Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance our visual communications.Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop and execute design concepts that align with the company's brand identity and marketing goals underneath the direction of the Creative Director.Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in digital design to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team.Qualifications and Skills:Proven experience as a Digital Designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of digital executions and digital marketing strategies.Proficiency in digital and graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe XD).Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.3d rendering software experiences as well as good understanding of digital UI/UX design is a plus.Knowledge of video editing software and motion graphics is a plus.Benefits/Perks:
