Our mission is to help users govern their websites. We provide an automated platform that scans millions of web pages every day to perform deep analysis and validation of the world's highest traffic websites.

Description

ObservePoint is looking for a Marketing Operations pro who gets excited about building efficient systems, analyzing and leveraging data, and designing and building email marketing strategies. Reporting to the EVP of Marketing, you will be the lead for all of ObservePoint's marketing operations and email marketing efforts. You'll need to be proficient in marketing and reporting technologies like Marketo, Marketo forms integrated with Gravity Forms, Domo, Salesforce, and others. You will have experience in building and executing a strong strategy for managing and communicating with our database of prospects and customers. You'll be collaborating closely with your marketing team members, revenue, and revenue operations. We want someone who's excited to work hard, wear a lot of hats, build, grow, is open to feedback, and who's ready to help ObservePoint tackle our next phase of growth.

Marketing Operations Responsibilities

Management of marketing technology stack including: budget, solution evaluation, administrationLearn and leverage ObservePoint within our own daily workflowsReporting and analytics of marketing and funnel dataAdministration of MarketoReview and optimization of current nurture tracksDevelopment of new nurture tracksCreation and management of global email calendarDesign and development of email templatesCreation and deployment of all corporate emailsCreation and management of web lead forms and leap captureManagement of marketing databaseOperational management of webinarsClose collaboration with Account Development teamDevelopment of data sets for use by the marketing and revenue teamsSFDC Campaign creation, management, and trackingEvent list enrichment, upload, and follow upManagement of company profiles on review sites like G2, Trust Radius, etc.Person scoring (Behavior and Demographic)Chatbot ManagementQualifications

Strong technical knowledge in software and the internetAbility to self manage, self motivate, and self educate on all things marketing operations3-5 years of direct and relevant experience in marketing operations for B2B SaaS companiesGood understanding of web and data analytics and marketing pipelinesExperience implementing and/or managing: Marketo, Salesforce, WordPress, Domo and other marketing technologies.Ability to develop and manage integrations between the above-mentioned systems.Experience working with Sales/Revenue Operations teams, Account Development, Customer Success, etc.Work across teams and roles extremely well.Excellent time management and organization skills with strong attention to detail.Strong ability to execute on marketing initiatives, including aligning and getting buy-in from stakeholders across the organization (including marketing, service, product, and sales).Entrepreneurial mindset.Persistently optimistic.
