About the role

Team January Digital is looking for a Director, Affiliate Marketing to join our team. This person will be primarily responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our affiliate marketing programs across the business. This role involves leading and managing a team of affiliate experts as well setting the strategy and execution guidelines for the affiliate practice across the agency. The ideal candidate is strategic, data-driven, and has a proven track record in managing successful affiliate programs and development of people.

ResponsibilitiesProgram Development and Management:

Develop the ways of working for the affiliate practice across the business.Ensure flawless service delivery and execution across all affiliate programs in the agency.

Campaign Strategy and Execution:

Oversee, plan and manage affiliate marketing campaigns, including promotions, incentives, and creative assets.Monitor and analyze affiliate performance to ensure alignment with client goals and optimize as needed.

Analytics and Reporting:

Track, analyze, and report on key metrics related to the affiliate program, such as traffic, conversion rates, and ROI.Use data insights to make informed decisions and optimize affiliate campaigns for better performance.

Compliance and Best Practices:Ensure all affiliate marketing activities comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and competitive landscape to continually improve the affiliate program.Implement and enforce company policies regarding affiliate marketing activities.Collaboration & People Management:Work closely with client services teams to ensure seamless service delivery across clients.Attend industry events and networking opportunities to build relationships and stay informed about the latest trends.Manage a team of affiliate marketing experts while helping them grow and develop their career.Qualifications

Bachelor's degree7+ years of experience in affiliate marketingProven track record of managing successful affiliate programs and driving measurable resultsStrong analytical skills and experience with performance marketing metricsExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsProficiency with affiliate marketing platforms and tracking toolsAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational skills and attention to detailStrong track record of team development and growthBenefits & Perks

January Digital is committed to providing our employees with flexible work options that allow them to balance their professional and personal responsibilities. As such, we offer a hybrid work policy that allows employees to divide their time between working in the office and working remotely. Under this policy, employees are required to work in either our Dallas or NYC office at least 5 days per month, however you are welcomed to come in as often as you'd like! These days will be determined by your manager and/or team.

The salary range for this role in New York City is $120K-$150K, depending on experience. Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes a bi-annual performance bonus, free health insurance, annual wellness stipend, company 401k contribution, & more.
