As we rapidly scale our team, we are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager, Partnerships to report directly to the head of Marketing. You will play a pivotal role in delivering incredible results for our patients and partners and driving awareness of our services to patients and the communities in the surrounding areas.

What you'll do:

Create "wow" experiences for internal and external stakeholders including health systems and Community Health Centers (CHCs)Develop and manage measurable multi-channel patient engagement/awareness strategies, provider training strategies, and new market brand campaigns for new partnerships (including a mix of traditional and digital media)Manage relationships with client's marketing contacts and partner with internal stakeholders on the overall account healthSupport our partners as they expand their own marketing strategies to help position CHCs as the best way to access high-quality, whole-person community-based careDevelop a strong understanding of AndHealth's positioning and ensure its flawless execution in all written and creative contentGenerate new prospective patient leads within our focused geographic area before expanding rapidly into other regionsIdentify and generate breakthrough messages amongst a sea of detailsPosition as health leader among health systems, CHCs, employers, brokers, industry, media, investors

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.Other Skills or Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Marketing with a strong background in Healthcare, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.Strong judgement, project management and interpersonal skillsExperience with tools like Notion, Monday.com, and Figma preferredDemonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and solve complex problems in a fast-paced settingHere's what we'd like to offer you:
