Summary: The DSC Sales & Marketing Coordinator works closely with internal and external stakeholders to provide a seamless interface to the sales, marketing, and production of the company’s Corporate Brands. Additionally, the position will support trade marketing for our national brands in national chains. The successful candidate will instill confidence in stakeholders and meet the agreed to deliverables through a broad understanding of the marketing and sales coordination function. We are looking for a candidate with natural leadership and communication skills to facilitate transparent interactions with stakeholders ensuring the customer, department and business objectives are met and delivered in a dynamic and ever-changing environment. The candidate will support the sales team in all phases of the brand life cycle for new and existing customers.

Essential Functions:

Creates and distributes weekly/monthly reporting. Reporting includes but is not limited to production, inventory, and forecast requests. Maintains accuracy of reporting by working internally with IT on portfolio updates.Assists with weekly product development/status calls with our two largest customers. Provides inventory levels and production schedule in addition to forecasting for new and existing brands along with follow-up of action items.Leads monthly supply chain call for largest customer to ensure inventory flow meets demand.Reviews and updates forecast changes based upon sales trends, customer requests and promotional requests. Works independently to identify sales trends and adjusts the forecast based upon sales confirmation. Communicates weekly with supply chain on updates/needs of the customers in addition to inventory flow based upon produced and purchased goods.Aids licensing and regulatory support to register new and existing products at the state level.Manages external vendors to obtain updated pre-import approvals and Letter of Approvals (LOAs) as well as day to day business.Completes new item set up internally and externally. Set up includes cross functional tasks for product specs, pricing, inventory and availability.Oversees the distribution network set up and management internally. Daily duties include monitoring purchase orders and order status by customer to ensure timely delivery of orders. Complements the internal customer service team at PDC.Coordinates all sample requests for the sales team. Samples include produced products along with new product development requests.Acts as gatekeeper of all quality concerns (internal and external) for the DSC portfolio. Provides feedback to the customer throughout the process while working internally for resolution. Closes each complaint by processing the necessary credits, return of product, and all other activities required.Responsible for toolkit management of brand images, marketing materials and user support. Compiles tasting notes from R&D to incorporate into selling materials.Prepares corporate brand presentations for the sales team and customer training sessions.Submits corporate brands for award review to various publications. Designs implementation of awards into POS.Updates monthly scorecards for top customers and reviews with sales.Partners with trade marketing to create in-store demo experiences for national brands. Creates POS materials and training/booking with applicable marketing companies.Acts as national account liaison to trade/brand marketing and NAMs. Communicate updates, POS buy periods, presentation needs for chains along with cocktail solutions cross functionally.Runs reports in various platforms for national chain retailers. Must have the ability to maintain current knowledge, skills and/or certifications relevant to assigned job responsibilities.1-3 years of experience in a sales or marketing role.Demonstrated experience in Google Workspace in addition to Excel and PowerPoint.Equivalent combination of education and experience.Preferred Education & Experience:

Associate’s degree: business or marketing emphasis is a plus.Experience working within the CPG alcohol industry.

Work Location & Travel Required: This is a hybrid position (remote & on-site) and is based at the St. Paul office with periodic travel to the Princeton location.

Work Environment & Physical Demands: Work is performed primarily in a remote/home office setting. This position requires the ability to sit and use a computer for extended periods of time, including the dexterity to frequently type on a keyboard.
