Position Summary:
The Miami Marlins Creative Services team is looking for an enthusiastic, multifaceted and experienced Creative Project Manager. Reporting directly to the Sr. Creative Director and working closely with the Marketing team and cross-functional leaders throughout the organization, the Creative Project Manager will oversee project resourcing and prioritization for the Miami Marlins creative team and manage creative deliverables on all projects from start to finish - including but not limited to digital, video, print and social media.
Essential Functions:Collaborate with Marketing and other stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and creative requirementsWork closely with internal creative team: graphic designers, video producers, copywriters, photographers and animatorsSet project timelines and work schedules for creative services teamAssign tasks, set priorities, and ensure clear communication and collaboration among team membersAllocate and manage resources effectively to meet project deadlinesWork with internal stakeholders to prioritize and re-prioritize projects, constantly weighing business needs against bandwidthWork closely with other departments to understand projects goals and quality control briefs for the creative services teamEnsure that deliverables meet project objectives and stakeholder expectationsAct as the primary point of contact for project updates and status reportsCommunicate project progress, milestones, and potential issues to Sr. Creative DirectorContinuously evaluate and improve project management processes and workflowsImplement best practices and tools to enhance project efficiency and productivitySeek opportunities to innovate and streamline creative project management across the organization as a wholeQualifications & Requirements:
3-5 years of experience as a Creative Project Manager or ProducerProblem-solving abilities in a creative capacityFlexible and efficientCan adapt to a fast-paced environment with a bias towards finding solutions to challenging problemsHighly organized and able to handle multiple projects at a time with tight deadlines.Able to self-manage while finding opportunities to collaborate with other department leadsAble to successfully manage multiple complex and high-profile projects simultaneouslyStrong written and verbal communication skillsReliable, dependable, and accountable to themselves and the organization
