WHO YOU ARE As the Le Creuset Associate Manager, Social Media Marketing, you will be a critical member of our Marketing Communications team, working closely with the Manager, Social Media Marketing to support brand social media campaigns. You will be responsible for community management, writing and scheduling social posts, creating and curating content, editing social-first videos, reporting on digital analytics, and more.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

Work closely with the Manager, Social Media Marketing to execute comprehensive social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, Twitter/X, YouTube, and LinkedIn for @LeCreusetOwn writing, scheduling and publishing brand social content across all social channelsOwn all aspects of community management, including replying to audience comments, monitoring response trends, pursuing outbound social engagement, and facilitating communication with the consumer services team as neededCapture and edit compelling, high quality vertical video content for Instagram and TikTok at retail stores, photo shoots, etc.Source, curate and organize relevant, on-brand user-generated contentEnsure all social content and messaging adheres to brand guidelines, maintains a consistent brand voice and image, and aligns with each social platform’s specific audienceSupport content creation workflow by writing briefs and shipping samples to content creators, third-party agencies, and in-house creative teamStay current with industry trends and platform updates, identifying new opportunities to optimize content and drive engagementCompile analytics, create reports on key metrics, and analyze data to recommend strategic changesFacilitate collaboration between cross-functional teams, providing information to retail, wholesale and e-commerce divisions when relevantWHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Must be located in the Charleston, SC areaBachelor’s degree or equivalent, with a major in marketing, communications, or a related field strongly preferred2+ years experience in social media management for business purposesHighly engaged in social media, with strong understanding of all channels from a business perspective: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and YouTubeExperience using third party social media scheduling and analytics platforms, with a preference for candidates familiar with Sprout SocialExcellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to adapt writing style to suit our brand voice and to suit each social channelKeen eye for branding and aesthetics, with ability to recognize and create content that meets brand standards and supports social media best practicesProficient in Adobe PhotoshopHighly skilled in high-quality vertical video content, including cell phone content capture and mobile video editing optimized for specific platformsSelf-starter with excellent time management, accountability, problem-solving, and creative thinking skillsAbility to work effectively with a team and individually in a fast-paced environment with daily deadlinesEXTRA EXTRAS
