A client of ours is in search of a Senior Creative Partnerships Program Manager to join their Brand and Experiential Marketing team. On the Brand & Experiential Marketing team, you will be at the forefront of their creative endeavors, ensuring that all projects are executed on time, within budget, and aligned with their brand identity and business objectives. You will be the key point of contact between internal stakeholders, the creative team, and external agencies, facilitating seamless collaboration and delivering high-impact creative projects.

Key Responsibilities :Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and external creative agencies, managing expectations and ensuring alignment with business goals.Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance service delivery and optimize agency collaboration.Oversee the management of multiple high-level creative projects, directly managing up to 5 key projects while facilitating the overall portfolio of around 40 projects.Advocate for both stakeholder and creative team needs, balancing priorities and navigating complex relationships.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and project outcomes.Ensure all creative outputs meet quality standards and drive business results.Manage and monitor agency performance using key metrics to ensure quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.Collaborate closely with the internal creative team to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable creative briefs.Utilize project management tools like Wrike to coordinate efforts and track project progress.Qualifications :

7-10 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in managing creative projects and working with external agencies.Basic understanding of creative processes, with the ability to advocate effectively for both internal and external creative teams.Strong strategic thinking, program management, and project management skills.High emotional intelligence (EQ) to manage and balance the needs of diverse stakeholders.Experience in B2B SaaS is a plus but not required.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., Wrike).Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, with a requirement to be in the Seattle office three days a week (typically Tuesday through Thursday).

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $70 to $75 hourly. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
