Job Description:

The Digital Production Artist role here has huge potential for someone who wants to make a difference. To contribute to a truly disruptive Brand in a me-too market.

We provide the digital technology that enables Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) across the globe. The companies they work for are the world's top Investment Banks, Law Firms of global note, Private Equity businesses and global corporations of all types.

Duties and Responsibilities

Assist the Datasite creative team in development of creative solutions to some tricky and abstract propositions across all areas of the business (marketing + events, product, sales, HR, finance, legal, facilities) internally and externallyUpdate and maintain high-caliber PowerPoint deck sales presentations, one-sheets and pitch materials for client meetings, large-scale industry events, C-suite presentations and Board of Director presentationsUpdate and maintain sales and product marketing materials.Edit and maintain interactive web experiences, web components, animations and videos via Adobe CC and various plugins preferred.Ensure assets, animations, videos, interactive experiences, working files are consistent, brand-right, and optimized and/or automated efficiently for all users across all devicesSupport creative designers on custom Marketing requests for client and industry/tentpole event activations from conception to executionSupport internal requests for employee communications, processes, initiatives, events, and global town halls as directed by Creative ManagerEmbrace project management tools and resourcesManage and maintain creative team projects/files/meta tags via Datasite Marketing DAM and asset organization structureBe the confident communicator with the all-important capability to listen. Not just to what's said but to really understand what is meant and to have the strength to ask questions.Manage and maintain brand assets for employee use/accessibility on The Hub (SharePoint) and Datasite DAMQualifications:

Education/Professional Requirements:

Required: Portfolio demonstrating finesse capability in design production for both digital and print.Undergraduate or Associates degree with an emphasis on creative fieldsRequired: Proficiency in Adobe CC programs (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere/After Effects/Animate)Experience in Wrike project management and Aprimo DAM platforms a plusInteractive design experience is a plus (video editing and/or animation; Experience in In5 an InDesign interactive plug-in)Experience with Office365 (PPT, Word, Excel, etc.)Ability to meet tight turnarounds and thrive in a fast-paced environmentAdvertising, agency, or start-up experience a plusKeen interest in staying up to date on creative trends and innovating the creative approachStrong interpersonal skills, including the ability to positively interact with external and internal stakeholders at all levels up to and including C-suite and BoardExperience:

2+ years of professional creative/design experience preferredPortfolio to illustrate prior work is required

The base salary range represents the estimated low and high end for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, each candidate's compensation offer may vary and will be determined based on but not limited to, your geographic region, skills, qualifications, and experience along with the requirements of the position. Datasite reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.

Salary Range - $45,270 - $74,950
