Job Summary:

The Marketing Coordinator will support our B2B or B2C business lines. As a Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting our Marketing Specialist and ensuring smooth delivery of our services to our business partners. This role will be a pro at project management and handling multiple tactical projects through execution to drive marketing plans and to help enable the salesforce. This role will create and maintain marketing content such as collateral, promo items, digital content and fulfill event requests handling a large volume of projects with ease. This position will look for ways to optimize, adjust and automate repetitive work alongside the Marketing Operations leader.

Primary Responsibilities:

Project Coordination:Supports Marketing Specialist and Marketing Ops on project planning needs - project submissions, ensuring milestones are met and communicating scope changesHelps organize status updates to business lines - escalating blockers, helping ensure projects are executed on timeCollaborates with marketing team on project requests/deadlines - working with marketing operations, print fulfillment and creative team on ticket creation and project executionEvents & Association Coordination:

Coordinates and executes event requests for associations/business lines - working directly with the sales team and event management to ensure on time delivery of requests and plansCreates event timelines and execution plans - creates plans and calendars of events to ensure clear expectations are shared between marketing and sales against event calendarsSwag and Literature Fulfillment:

Supports the fulfillment of swag/promo requests working with the fulfillment vendor and print team to deliver on needs to the business linesIdentifies new promo/swag and develops ideas on ways to make the process of swag/literature more automated, less hands onCommunicates and reinforces processes for ordering across the sales organizationRequired Skills:

Strong organizational skills where you can manage your time, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines when handling multiple projects at one timeAbility to ensure mutual understanding among team members regarding project scope and timelines and be able to reduce misunderstandings and move projects forwardBe able to manage and track multiple deadlines with a focus of on time delivery and executionThe ability to collaborate with others to get work done quickly and efficiently and cultivate good relationships with colleagues and key business stakeholdersMinimum Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications preferred or equivalent1-2 years working experience in marketing preferredDesire to develop marketing skills and expertiseSalary Range:$48,620.00 - $77,790.00*This range reflects base pay only. Incentive earnings, like commissions or bonuses, are not included.This role is also eligible for an annual incentive plan based on company performance.
