Introduction
SymphonyAI is looking for a Senior Corporate Communications Manager to join our team with a unique opportunity to contribute to our growth strategy. As a Senior Corporate Communications Manager, you will lead efforts to enhance brand awareness and thought leadership through integrated communications campaigns and strategic media relations.
Through your leadership, experience, and insight, you will position SymphonyAI as a trustworthy industry leader with a strong track record of delivering predictive and generative AI products that address specific use cases and business challenges. Your work will increase overall brand awareness, and drive thought leadership and awards program strategies and execution. This position will work with global teams to develop and execute integrated corporate and vertical communications campaigns. Work with industry analysts and influencers to cultivate their status as trusted strategic advisors, advocates and prescribers to benefit corporate strategy, influence the brand, shape the product roadmap, and impact the sales funnel.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Work collaboratively with the corporate team and across the six vertical divisions to develop communications plans and craft messagingCreate engaging content for communications materials, including press releases, blogs, byline article abstracts, pre-briefing documents for media and analyst interactions, talking points, FAQs, and positioning statementsSecure proactive media coverage for SymphonyAI's major initiatives and product launches in business, tech, and trade media outletsWork with division marketing teams and PR agency to identify market trends where SymphonyAI has a point of view to create thought leadershipEnsure consistent, effective delivery of key messages to external audiences through multiple channels to drive brand awareness, top-of-funnel pipeline, and valueDrive SymphonyAI's awards program to develop pipeline and create and submit winning nominationsOversee PR agency's media monitoring and reporting functions while also evaluating industry news and media coverage of relevant issuesProactively cultivate relationships with internal stakeholders to stay abreast of relevant business information for PR and AR usesIdentify and track relevant industry analysts, request and schedule briefings and inquiries, and manage RFI response processes for analyst researchMonitor and respond to analysts' research agendas to influence upcoming workTrack and report analyst interactions and SymphonyAI analyst coverageRequirements:
7-10 years of communications/public relations/analyst relations experience, preferably with either a tech corporation or agency, ideally with communications experience in AI, SaaS, and retail/CPG, financial services, industrial, media, and/or enterprise ITStrong understanding of the technology and business landscape with the ability to help SymphonyAI clearly differentiate itself in the marketExperience in developing and successfully executing communications, PR and AR plansSelf-directed and results-driven personality with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate and build relationships across all levels of the organizationPhenomenal written and verbal communication skills with a meticulous eye for detail and the ability to distill complex information into clear and concise messages, including providing writing samplesIn-depth understanding of analyst and media relations and experience in building and maintaining relationships with analysts, journalists and other influencersExceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic, fast-moving environmentBachelor's degree in public relations, communications, marketing, journalism or related field of study preferredKnowledge of media/analyst/communications channels across multiple touch points, including social mediaCreative problem-solving and teamwork capabilities
