Through brands such as Snusbolaget.se, Northerner.com, Nicokick.com etc., we sell nicotine pouches as well as Swedish style snus online. With our headquarters located on Östgötagatan in Stockholm we are 190 team members mainly but not exclusively based in Sweden. Also, we are an innovative and fast-moving company that is growing rapidly, driving sustainable business and are changing the world in the process. We are currently on an exciting expansion journey, converting more and more smokers to healthier alternatives across all our markets globally.
THE ROLE
As PR Manager for the US market, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing our public relations strategy within the region. Reporting directly to the Head of PR, you will collaborate closely with various departments to align PR activities with our overall strategy.
Your primary responsibility will be:Enhancing our brand visibilityManaging our public imageSupporting our marketing efforts across multiple channels in the US.Managing PR activities for our three brands on the market, ensuring their activities align with our strategic goals and brand messaging.Hands-on working with our external PR agency, directing their efforts to achieve our objectives in the US.You will be part of the External Affairs team, working in a fast-paced environment where efficiency and adaptability are key to success. You need to possess a genuine interest in leveraging new technologies, including AI tools, to streamline our PR processes and enhance the quality of our output, as well as a genuine interest in societal topics and making positive change in the world.
The demand for healthier alternatives to traditional smoking has never been higher. To make Haypp Group excel, you'll collaborate closely with all other functions within the External Affairs department and other key stakeholders across the organisation. As we continue to scale, this role offers significant growth potential, both personally and professionally.

WHAT WE WANT FROM YOU
For the role of PR Manager US, we are looking for an abitious person who is passionate about public relations, mainly digital PR. You should have a background in PR strategy and execution, preferably on the US market, within e-commerce, the nicotine industry or other regulated industries. We expect you to have a comprehensive understanding of the evolving PR landscape, how it relates to SEO and the ability to think strategically about brand communications.
To succeed in this role, we believe that you possess the following qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Human and Social Science/Law/Economics/Communications or a related field.Interest in societal topics, engaged and up to date with the public debate.Minimum of 2 years of experience in public relations, with a focus on brand management and media relations, preferably in the e-commerce industry.Proven experience managing and directing PR agencies to ensure alignment with strategic goals.Strong understanding of PR principles, techniques, and tools.Proven experience in digital PR, link building, and a solid understanding of SEO principles.Strong writing and content production skills, as content creation will be a significant part of the role.Solid project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.Strong analytical skills to interpret media metrics and make data-driven decisions.A solid understanding of the US market and the people living there.Fluency in English, both spoken and written.Bonus qualifications:
Experience in opinion forming, politics and/or policy making.Proficiency in additional languages.Advanced reporting and analytical skills.WHAT WE OFFER
